This Privacy Policy describes how C.M. Leal LTDA ("we", "us", or "our"), operating under the brand Great Apps, handles information in connection with BillX – Invoice to Spreadsheet: Extract & Convert Invoice PDFs ("the App").
We believe your data belongs to you. BillX – Invoice to Spreadsheet is designed with privacy as a priority. The app uses a hybrid approach: initial processing happens locally on your device, with only the necessary data sent securely to our servers for formatting.
BillX – Invoice to Spreadsheet minimizes data collection. The App does not:
When server-side processing is required, data is transmitted using encrypted connections, processed, delivered, and immediately deleted from our servers. We do not retain any of your data after processing is complete.
BillX – Invoice to Spreadsheet is distributed through the Apple App Store. When you purchase or download the App, Apple's own privacy policy and terms of service apply to that transaction. We do not receive any personally identifiable information from Apple about our users. All purchases are handled securely by Apple.
We take data security seriously. Local processing keeps your original files on your device at all times. When server-side processing is required, data is transmitted using encrypted connections and is immediately deleted after processing is complete.
BillX – Invoice to Spreadsheet does not collect personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
